The range of products over the past few years significantly changed thanks to the investment activity directed on acquisition of the hi-tech modern equipment which allows to let out competitive production within import substitution strategy realization.
In 2005 in structure of production 35% of production, in 2014 - already 97% fell to the share of production of the class AmericanBlend. Production of import-substituting production allowed to stop almost completely deliveries to Belarus of tobacco production on import (except for separate exclusive and expensive brands).
In 2005 JSC GTF Neman let out 30 product names, from which 28 names of own brands: 9 positions – brands of the class "OrientalBlend", 2 positions – production without filter, 1 position – cigarettes while to production of the class "AmericanBlend" it was presented only by 16 names. Production of foreign brands was limited to only 2 positions - "Alliance" and "Alliance easy" for the BAT company.In view of essential change of a market demand in favor of production of the class "AmericanBlend", since 2011 release of brands of production with the filter of the class "OrientalBlend" was completely stopped: "Grodno" 80 mm, "Dense forest", "Filter", "Astra Lyuks", "The prima luxury", "Mir Castle Complex", "Space" were laid off in 2009, in 2010 "Prime Minister Luxury", "Magnate Luxury", "Minsk Menthol", "Battalion commander", "Orbit Luxury", "Grodno Luxury", "GTF Easy" of 84 mm, "Minsk" of 83 mm of the class "AmericanBlend" are laid off "Minsk Gold".
The termination of release of these brands of production and reduction of assortment positions of own brands was compensated by strengthening of release and expansion of the range of production of "AmericanBlend" in the KingSize format, and also in new formats - "SuperSlims" and "CompactKingSize".
In 2009 JSC GTF Neman lets out 7 product names in the SuperSlims format: "MINSK SUPERSLIMS", "MINSK 5 SUPERSLIMS" and line of production of "Queen" (5 names).
In 2010 in the SuperSlims format there are 2 positions - "NZ Gold" and "NZ Black", and also production of the CompactKingSize format - 2 positions - "Minskcity" and "Minskcapital" begins.
In 2011 in the Compact King Size format 4 positions - "AVALON Original" and "AVALON Classic", "portal GOLD" and "portal SILVER" are issued.In 2012 in the Compact King Size format "Matrix BLUE", "NZ GOLD COMPACT", "NZ BLACK COMPACT", in the Super Slims-portal SUPERSLIMS GOLD and portal SUPERSLIMS SILVER format, in the King Size-PORTAL GOLD Power and PORTAL SILVER Power format - only 7 новыхмарокв are let out 2012.
In 2013 release of the new brands "Queen colibri", "portal ONE", "NZ Sun", "FEST COMPACT", "FEST COMPACT 7" of the format "Compact King Size", "FEST SUPERSLIMS", "FEST SUPERSLIMS 7" - only 7 new positions in a line of own brands is carried out.
In 2014 new brands are let out: "NZ Safari" from a retsess-filtroma of "Fest Turbo" without filter with a mouthpiece in the King Size format, and also "Fest NF" without filter with a mouthpiece in the Compact King Size format - only 3 new brands.Thus, during 2005-2014 according to dynamics of change of a market demand, JSC GTF Neman stopped production of 20 names of own production (generally the class "OrientalBlend" and unclaimed brands of the class "AmericanBlend" which brands are given above), compensating reduction of assortment positions release of 37 new competitive brands of own production of the KingSize, SuperSlims and CompactKingSize formats of the class "AmericanBlend".At the moment JSC GTF Neman lets out more than 100 product names for realization in domestic market in all price segments and formats, including, 44 own brands, more than 60 contract brands, from which 42 – a contract manufacturing with VAT, and 19 – with TIEL
