Currently, the factory employs over 1000 people who have substantial experience in the tobacco industry, including the management team of the best domestic managers.

 As a result of the reconstruction a progressive tobacco production was created, advanced technologies saucing and flavoring shredded tobacco were introduced, the new technology of processing of tobacco stems and tobacco ща a Burley grade  and  associated equipment for the preparation of shredded tobacco and cigarette production was set. The building department for processing of raw tobacco, which established a new and modern equipment of Italian firm "GARBUI0" was built. Here the most complicated technological process which includes three lines is carried out: sheet tobacco, tobacco "Berlej" and a line of the blown up vein, and also the equipment for saucing tobacco bags. This allows you to make a cigarette with a pleasant aroma. Production capacity of new plant provide the ability to handle more than 4 tons of raw tobacco per hour.

During the reconstruction of the cigarette workshop new cigarette machines of the Italian company «SASIB» were installed. They  form four cigarette and six  packaging lines, the performance of which is 8,000  cigarettes per minute with excellent European quality. Annual capacity is 5.66 billion units per year. With the new technical possibilities adjusted production of Euro-standard cigarettes with length of 84mm vs. 80mm, produced on old equipment, by improving their appearance and internal content. If before the factory was dominated by production of oval cigarettes such as "Prima" and "Astra", after upgrading the company can produce up to 55 percent of filtered cigarettes. Derivative of governmental power to begin rebuilding the factory were increased by 30% to January 1, 2004, 15 billion items, compared with 2003 to 1 January 2003 - 14,5 billion items, including the power to filter-tipped cigarette increased in 3.4 times, cigarettes decreased by 90% on cigarettes without filter fell by 16.5%. Capacities of the enterprise by January, 1st, 2006 have decreased to 12,24 billion piece because the requirement for cigarets without the filter and cigarets ориентальской bags has decreased.

Filtered cigarettes producing is 7.98 billion items., Cigarette with length: 84 mm - 5,65 billion items.

Cigarettes are made by factory in accordance with GOST 3935-2000 «Cigarettes. The general specifications». Cigarets with the filter are the smoking product consisting of a piece of a tobacco plait, wrapped up by a cigaret paper glued on a longitudinal seam, to the end of it the filtering mouthpiece is attached. Manufacture of cigarets includes two basic technological processes: preparation of sredded tobacco and manufacturing of cigarettes with the filter. The modern hi-tech equipment allows to make high-quality competitive production and to reduce expenses for its manufacture. As preparation of tobacco raw materials for manufacture of smoking products understand performance of a complex of the processes which result is reception of as much as possible fibrous weight with the optimum technological properties providing manufacturing of smoking quality products. Technological process of preparation shredded tobacco is carried out on the lines equipped with the complex equipment of firm "GARBUI0". This equipment allows to let out various types tobacco мешек («American Blend», bags of Orientalskogotipa, etc.) and expanded vein.

Production of filter cigarettes provided in the following main processes:

- Manufacture of filter cigarettes (forming a bundle of tobacco, causing the print, making cigarette extrusion, cutting cigarette extrusion into individual cigarettes, mouthpieces of filter loading six times the length of the receiver filtosborochnoy machines; mouthpieces cut into three equal segments: the assembly kit of two cigarettes and a segment of the mouthpiece filter double length; kit covering tipping paper, cut the double kit for ready-made cigarettes);

- Pack of filtered cigarettes in packs;

- Packing packs the blocks and boxes;

- Packing of finished products in boxes.

At all stages of the process is carried out continuous quality control process and finished goods.

In May 2007, the factory has purchased a new cigarette-packing line of Italian firm GD capacity of 8 thousand cigarettes a minute. The cost of this line amounted to 4,5 million euros. Feature line is that it is able to produce products as a standard - of a four-pack, and in the octagon. This allowed the factory in June 2007 to master the production of cigarettes of international brands "Pall Mall" and "Lucky Strike", in May 2008. well-known global brand premium KENT controlled company "British American Tobacco".
