Results of work in January - December 2011

During January- December 2011 23,40 bln. pieces of cigarettes was produced at JSC «Grodno tobacco factory «Neman», that amounted to 133,72% to the results of the same period of 2010. The products output according to the contractual and license production for international tobacco companies was 5,24 bln. pieces (106,94% to the results of the same period of 2010), including production for «British American Tobacco» in amount of 4,37 bln. pieces (104,80%), and for «JTI» – 0,59 bln. pieces (176,12%), for Tobacco International Enterprises Limited 0,28 bln. pieces.
Factory’s premises were utilized 100%, JSC «Grodno tobacco factory «Neman» operated 24-hours seven days per week.
In the production structure in January - December 2011 the leading place took cigarettes of King Size format made of American Blend tobaccos – 75,48%. All the rest products together took 24,52%, particularly of Compact King Size format – 8,46%, of Super Slims format – 11,38%, oval cigarettes – 4,68%.
In comparison to the results of work during the same period of 2010 the production structure looked different: King Size format, American Blend – 79,34%, Oriental Blend – 0,69%, Compact King Size – 1,67%, Super Slims – 11,00%, oval cigarettes – 7,30%.
The ready products shipment to the wholesale and retail trade amounted to 23,15 bln. pieces or it amounts to 129,35% to the results of 2010 year. The shipped amount of GTF cigarette brands amounted 17,91 bln. pieces or it amounts to 137,79% to the results of 2010.
