Strategy Development JSC "Grodno Tobacco Factory" Neman "is aimed at creating the technical and economic conditions to improve the performance, development and introduction of new products, including import substitution, on the basis of high-existing and new production facilities, as well as improving the quality of domestic tobacco products, improvement of the tobacco market and the development of the country's export potential.

Quality - the key to competitiveness and prosperity of the enterprise . Safety in the workplace and in the organization as a whole - it is everyone. Environmental protection - the key to environmental safety and conservation of natural resources.

 QUALITY POLICY , HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

The policy objective :

The conquest and preservation of consumer confidence due to release in safe working conditions and the quality demanded of tobacco products aimed at the market demand , raising the living standards of all factory workers , environmental management , the adoption of appropriate measures to prevent environmental pollution.

The main tasks are :

- Creating conditions for the production of tobacco products due quality, aimed at continuous improvement and customer satisfaction; Improvement of the economic welfare of society by reducing production costs, increase sales, strengthen its position in the tobacco market of the Republic of Belarus and the access to international markets;

- Comply with legal and other requirements in the field of quality, safety and environmental protection;

- Hazard identification, risk assessment and management in order to reduce their level and to prevent accidents and occupational diseases;

- Identification of environmental aspects and their management in order to reduce negative impacts on the environment;

- To study, analyze, and as much as possible to meet the demands and requirements of customers and stakeholders;

Increase the volume of demand and expand the range of products of appropriate quality;

Continuing to raise the competence of staff;

- Rational use of material and energy resources;

- Select reliable suppliers and cooperation with them in a mutually beneficial and long-term basis;

Constantly improve the quality management system, OSH management system, environmental management system and continually improve their performance.

Senior management of the Company is obliged to provide resources for the implementation of this Policy, an initiative to encourage employees of the Company, improve the quality, effectiveness and safety and takes the responsibility to protect and preserve the environment.
