Open joint stock company "Grodno tobacco factory "Neman" is part of the concern "Belgospischeprom" and operates on the basis of the Charter, registered Grodno city Executive Committee.

In accordance with the Charter of the company, the main activity is the manufacture of tobacco products.

JSC "Grodno tobacco factory "Neman" has a special permit (license) of the Republic of Belarus No. 03220/43 issued by the State Committee on standardization, to carry out activities related to the production of alcoholic beverages (for with the exception of the original production of alcoholic beverages in heritage centres, national parks and reserves of the Republic of Belarus in order to restore the fullness of the Belarusian national traditions), non-food alcohol containing products (except antisepticheskim medicines and veterinary products related to non-food alcohol-containing products), non-food ethyl alcohol, and tobacco products (components activities: manufacture of cigarettes, cigarettes) up to 18.02.2018 g (the order of Gosstandart No. 32 dated 18.02.2008, the validity period of the special permit (license) extended for osnovnie order of Gosstandart from 09.01.2013, No. 2 for a period of five years).
